What Comes with My Booth?
- Booths include ID sign, carpet, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, daily vacuuming, and two full conference registrations. Additional registrations may be purchased. All booth staff must register; no one is automatically registered.
- Utilities such as electric or hard-wired internet are at an additional fee.
- Your company must hold a sustaining membership in order to receive member pricing for booths. Individual memberships do not apply. Public Agencies should contact Kelly Dawson at email@example.com for exhibit opportunities.
- SAME recognizes a small business as a company with 100 employees or less. If your company has more than 100 employees but is considered a small business by the SBA or is a verified VOSB or SDVOSB by the VA, please submit a copy of your certificate to Exhibit@same.org
