The standard booth size is 10-ft X 10-ft and includes:

  • (2) Full-Conference Registrations (additional booth personnel pay registration fee)
  • 8-ft- high draped back wall, 3-ft- high draped side walls, and company ID sign
  • 6-ft draped table, two chairs, and trashcan
  • Basic carpeting
  • Company listing in interactive on-line exhibit hall on website and in conference app
  • Company listing in the printed program (booths purchased after September 1, 2026 may not be listed due to press dates.)
  • One-time use of the pre-registered attendee list for the sole purpose of promoting exhibitor's participation in the event
  • Exhibit pricing is based on a 10' x 10' space. Anything over 20' x 20' is considered a display space and must be negotiated separately.
  • Electricity, AV, carpet padding, upgraded furniture daily vacuuming, etc. must be ordered separately.  Shipping and material handling is also at the exhibitor's expense.
Please note: Your company must hold a current Corporate Membership in SAME to receive the member rate for a booth. Individual memberships do not apply to booth fees. SAME reserves the right to audit your company's membership status. If your company would like to become a Corporate Member with SAME please sign up by emailing member@same.org.
 
Booth Tiers
  • Tier 1 booths, which are only available to Corporate Member Companies, have been determined to be in high traffic and prime location areas by show management and therefore cost more.  
  • Tier 2 booths are open to Corporate Member Companies and non-members.
Small Business Scavenger Hunt: Exclusive Opportunity for Small Businesses ($1,250)

Introduced in 2025, the Small Business Scavenger Hunt is a unique and interactive way to increase booth traffic and engage with attendees throughout the Exhibit Hall. This opportunity is available exclusively to small business exhibitors and is limited to just 25 participants.

Attendees will participate using the SAME mobile app or a QR code that allows access without the app. Their goal: visit designated waypoints—your booths—throughout the exhibit floor. Each participating small business will receive a QR code sticker to display or "hide" in their booth. When attendees scan the code, they earn points and track their progress on a virtual leaderboard.

This gamified experience encourages attendee movement and drives visibility to participating booths. Random prize drawings will be held for attendees who check in at a certain percentage of waypoints, providing an additional incentive for engagement. As an exhibitor, you will receive data on everyone who scans in at your booth!

Exhibit Booth Payment Policy
A 50% deposit of booth fees is required at the time of booth selection. Booth sales are not final until full payment is received. Payment by credit card can be submitted during the space selection lottery; payment by check must be received within 30 days of selection. Payment in full is due July 8, 2026 or 30 days after booth selection if purchasing a booth after July 8. SAME reserves the right to cancel booths that have not been paid within 30 days of registration.

Exhibit Booth Cancelation Policy
Full refund of all payments, less a $200 administrative fee will be granted if written notice is received by SAME no later than July 8, 2026. A 50% refund of total exhibit fees less a $200 administrative fee will be granted if written notice is received by SAME no later than August 12, 2026. Commencing August 13, 2026, no refunds will be granted. Please send all booth cancelation requests to exhibit@same.org

Booth Staff
Each 10' x 10' booths include two full conference registrations; additional registrations are available for an additional fee. All individuals participating as booth staff must be registered through the individual booth staff registration form.

Government Booths
SAME is pleased to offer complimentary booths to the uniformed services and government agencies. Government booths include (2) complimentary full-conference registrations. Other costs associated with exhibiting such as material handling, electricity, or other additional services are not included and all such costs are the responsibility of the exhibiting agency.
