Welcome to the ATTENDEE Registration Form for 
SAME's 2024 Federal Small Business Conference (SBC)

• Please allow enough time to complete the registration process in its entirety, usually 15-20 minutes. Once you begin, you will NOT have an opportunity to save your selections and finish the process later. 
• ALL participants are required to follow SAME's Code of Conduct. A link and requirement to adhere to this policy are provided during registration.  
• SAME membership is not required to attend this conference; however, you will have the opportunity to purchase a membership during the registration process.
• If your company holds a corporate membership with SAME, this does not automatically mean that you are an SAME member. You must be listed as a representative on the corporate membership roster. 
• To obtain the discounted member rate for your individual registration, you must hold either an individual membership in SAME or be one of the designated representatives on your company's corporate membership.
• You will have an opportunity to confirm your membership status at the beginning of the registration process, on the search page. 
• If you are with an Exhibiting Company, you must register through the Booth Staff Registration Form. We strongly recommend that all employees attending SBC with an exhibiting company register on this form for access to the Exhibit Hall and to show that your company is exhibiting at SBC (Exhibitor badge holder).
• Speakers must register through the Speaker Service Center. Your Login was sent to you.
• If you are with a private industry company, you will be asked to list your Company's NAICS codes. You can search for NAICS codes HERE.
